Greater students of comedy have failed.
Rodney Rude’s material is meant to be what it is.
LIVE! Bar room nonsense that makes you forget about constant worries and gets rid of your stress. It’s like a full body massage of the mind and even the insulting and politically incorrect nature of it is pure fantasy.
Rude is like a cartoon character that has come to life and his bizarre physical appearance is matched only by his outrageous comments and any thinking listener or observer will realise that it’s and act, a character, persona that goes on only between 8.30 and 10.30pm.
The rest of the time the great Rude is just normal, sensitive, caring ,tolerant AUSSIE patriot and is happy to apologize to anyone who may be offended by his ravings and understands that insincerity is the hand tool of comedy.

Scott from NSW has won the Rude Goes the Growl competition with his title suggestion Rude Bats off.
I would like to thank the many thousands of people who entered the competition and gave some really funny DVD/CD title suggestions. There were heaps of great ones but we finally decided on Rude Bats off.
In answer to the thousands of requests for another Live Rude tour yes I will do some more touring as soon as I get over my penis reduction operation.
I will let everyone know as soon as we have dates, it looks like Queensland will be first but will let you know.
